Bad or Good news? Interest Rate hiked again, 20 times of the interest rate of Mar 2022.
Today is July 12, Wednesday. This video is my opinion about the current house market for different buyers and different sellers. Watch carefully and Find out which situation is your situation.
Bad news, if you are suffering the high interest rate. Ask yourself, will it be the last straw that broke the camel’s back? If yes, take action before the back is really broken.
If not yet, how about one more straw? And another more? Don’t wait for the last straw any more.
Bad News, if you are planning to sell your house, the market most likely will be not on your side, until Sep. It means, if you really really need to sell your property in a short time, if you have no other choices, sell it ASAP, don’t be too greedy any more.
By the way, No guarantee, the market will be better after Sep.
If you have other choices, don’t sell yet, hold it back, wait for good news for you. Just like that? Yes. Just like That simple.
Good news for you if you want to buy a property. But don’t miss the opportunity by waiting too long for the bottom. You can create the bottom by negotiating with your powerful negotiating power and skills.
Don’t wait, just create.
If you are renting, you are paying the high rent any way for nothing. Why don’t you pay your own mortgage, the property will be yours at the end. Especially you have a good credit and high income. Every situation is on your side. What are you waiting for?
Just remember one thing. Because of the potential crash in a very soon future, don’t buy the relatively expensive one, buy the relatively cheaper one. You will have much much less risk. This suggestion is only for people they care about the investing ideas.
For the people, only cause about, personal or family enjoyment, money is not a problem and will not be a problem, just go to buy whatever you like, whatever you want. This video is not for you.
If you are buying a property as investment, just remember, it’s never about the interest rate, how high or how low. It’s always about the risk and return. It means it’s not only about the cost, interest, it’s about the revenue as well, together. Obviously, as you know, the rent is very high as well. So calculate carefully and leave a space for the potential one or two more times hiking again, this year or next year.
One more thing, good news can be changed to bad news any time just like Bad news can be changed to good news any time as well. It’s not easy to catch the timing perfectly. Just do it when it is good news for you before it’s too late.
